GeekNation Show #13 – Please Stop Finding Footage

As usual, the Pigs discuss the latest releases without having any idea what they are talking about. They welcome guest star Gabriel Olds, celebrated actor. He imparts some wisdom on how to deal with fans when you are a major celebrity.

GeekNation Show #12 – MisTaken

The Film Pigs are back with their twelfth episode! Not only do they fearlessly skewer the movies themselves, but they also take you on a journey behind the scenes of the entertainment industry. Before a movie hits the theater, before it is edited, before it is shot, before it is even written…some poor screenwriter has to convince a studio executive that there is a movie in his or her story.

GeekNation Show #11 – We Went to Eleven

The Film Pigs discuss what’s coming up at the multiplexes this week, and a professional movie director gives a lesson on how to deal with actors. Also, a knee jerk reaction to guy movie Dredd…from a lady.

GeekNation Show #10 – Punchy Pigs

The Pigs get rowdy and silly and somewhat obnoxious while discussing the latest movie releases, and the fact that some people think they are serious jerks.

GeekNation Show #9 – Take it or Joseph Gordon-Levitt

The Pigs tell you whether you should see the latest scary cartoon for kids, take another shot at seeing the new Paul Thomas Anderson movie, and uncover some amazing deleted scenes from popular feature films.

Commentary #44 – Total Recall (1990)

poster_totalrecall

Get your ass to Mars! The Film Pigs are back with a new alternate commentary for the Arnold Schwarzenegger classic TOTAL RECALL! Given the super-dull remake, this exercise in 90s over-the-topness is a breath of fresh air (Cohaagen!). And by “air” we mean a preposterous storyline, ludicrous blood-squib violence, a truly impressive amount of scene-ending quips, and the smoldering rage of Canada’s own negative emotion repository Michael Ironside. Open your miiiiiiinnnnd!
